Cabbaroguis, Quirino (22 September) — The Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC) Region 2 has backed-up the request of Nuvea Vizcaya Rebel Returnees Association (NVRAA) of funding assistance from President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo for their livelihood program.
